My advice to others considering a career in social work is to follow your passion, stay true to your values, and never underestimate. Your career is in your hands and you can absolutely design a career that you love and teach. You have the ability to wok within 3 phases of professionalism where that is ascending UP within the career phase. Expanding OUT to the scaffolding phase or Social Work CEO phase. It’s important to learn new skills and embrace new challenges as you grow in the profession. As you seek out more opportunities for growth, know that you are never too seasoned to seek support from colleagues and mentorship. Also prioritize practicing  self-care to avoid burnout. Remember that social work is not just a profession, but your opportunity to make a true difference in the world beyond the 4 walls of your cubicle.
