What is burnout syndrome?

Burnout syndrome is a type of stress that occurs due to work pressure. If you face any kind of pressure at home or office for a long time or you have to face many challenges, then you become a victim of burnout syndrome.

Finding the same routine boring, not having any excitement about work, thinking only about work even while on vacation makes you a victim of burnout syndrome. According to WHO, burnout syndrome is caused by chronic workplace stress, that is, when you have a lot of stress about work, then this symptom starts.
